Things to note
Depending on the item/order I'm packing up for you, I'll continue to use my eco-friendly packaging (normal eco packaging fee applies to cover cost of these materials), or will purchase additional Australia Post materials (e.g. may sometimes be more suitable for (materials will be charged at cost, instead of the eco packaging fee).
In order to provide the best protection for all buyers and all goods, please note that all calculated domestic delivery costs will now include signature on delivery (extra charge via Australia Post) and additional insurance (up to the website value of your items in AUD$, extra charge via Australia Post). This will provide 100% coverage for all GOs sent domestically and will hopefully ensure that packages travel safely to their destinations!! Authority to Leave (ATL) will no longer be available as an option, as any lost/stolen parcels are not covered by insurance.
Due to the extremely long hours I'm currently working in my new role, I'll only be able to get to the Post Office on Saturday mornings to purchase packing materials and lodge parcels (once a week, before 12pm, may be unavailable due to personal schedules). This will unfortunately cause delays sending parcels domestically, so please bear with me while I get used to the switch - it may now take up to a week for orders to be sent out after your postage payment has cleared.
